From problem to system
The problem
Apartment operators in Indonesia usually bill service charges (IPL) on monthly spreadsheets and chase arrears one unit at a time over WhatsApp. Units get skipped, bills get duplicated, and owners have no auditable proof of where the money went.
What we built
Atrio replaces the spreadsheet-and-chase workflow with one system that bills itself and chases arrears automatically. Amounts are stored as whole rupiah with anti-double-bill safeguards, the monthly billing run is idempotent, and a staged WhatsApp reminder ladder follows the age of each arrear. It ships as two faces in one app: a data-dense operator dashboard and a mobile-first resident portal.
