From problem to system
The problem
Most small and mid-size private schools still run tuition (SPP) billing on spreadsheets and chase arrears one by one over personal WhatsApp. It is error-prone and exhausting, and the treasurer has no real-time picture of collections or arrears.
What we built
Handaya unifies school operations from billing to report cards. The treasurer sets up SPP schemes, the system sends invoices and reminders over official WhatsApp with one-tap pay links, and payments reconcile automatically. On top of that runs the academic module: attendance, grades, and digital report cards that parents open without installing an app.
