Clinical labs handle test orders, sample tracking, and results with a mix of analyzers, paper, and spreadsheets. Quality control and SatuSehat reporting eat up time that should go to patients.
LIS becomes the hub for managing test orders, tracking samples, recording results, and keeping quality in check. It supports reflex testing (follow-up tests that run automatically), analyzer integration, referrals to outside labs, and FHIR-based SatuSehat data exchange.
