Nusami
A helpline and case-tracker for migrant workers.
Indonesian migrant workers (PMI) facing wage, contract, document, or abuse problems abroad often don't know where to turn. Reports scatter across calls and messages, with no tracking and no certainty of follow-up.
Nusami becomes the place to handle cases and provide emergency support for migrant workers. Workers can report their own case, upload documents, and hit the panic button; P3MI/KBRI teams pick it up, handle it, and track the escalation with enforced SLAs. Every case leaves a clear trail.
